SOUTHERN LUZON EXECUTIVE SECURITY TRAINING CENTER (SLEST), INC is duly recognized and registered business that located in Brgy. Mabini Libmanan Camarines Sur, Established year 2018 of March 21. It is accredited by the Philippine National Police Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Agency (PNP SOSIA) to operate as Private Security Training Institution (PSTI) and authorizes to conduct Private Security guard’s Training pursuant to Rule XI of the 2003 Implementing Rules and Regulations of RA 5487 (Private Security Agency Law), as amended. SOUTHERN LUZON EXECUTIVE SECURITY TRAINING CENTER (SLEST), INC is three (3) years in the business. We managed to train more than 2000 Security Guards and build partnership to more than 16 Security Agencies in the Philippines. We are aware that there are several Security Training School around in the Philippines, but we spent time to build high quality learning institution. Our Training Instructors/Officers and ADMIN staff are set to work higher quality to mold our students to become licensed, reliable, and competitive Security Personnel. SOUTHERN LUZON EXECUTIVE SECURITY TRAINING CENTER (SLEST), INC was founded by Mr. Ricky Sarcia, who is a visionary man. A licensed Criminologist and formerly work as Protection Agent (VIP) and had been served to a numerous Business Tycoon here in the Philippines. He was inspired by the parameters of the law to establish the school.
