We manufacture India's first PORTABLE PLATING machine for on-site plating. You can do localize plating without dipping the job in plating tank. The plating quality is better than tank plating. Plating of Hard Nickel, Hard Chrome, Gold, Silver, Tin, Lead and Copper metal is possible on metal parts including stainless steel. With the help of this unique machine you can also repair ENP Coated or Hard Chrome Plated Jobs without de-plating the whole job. It also helps to build up the plating layer without much disassembly of the jobs. Damaged and rejected parts can be salvaged without stripping and re-plating. In some big jobs a minor damage or scratch can be salvaged in few hours. The application list includes Silver plating on Busbar, Silver & Gold plating on Handicrafts, car accessories, temple items & on Murties. Repairing of engineering plated parts. Nickel plating on stainless steel for improving solderability. We also do Electroless Nickel, CED Coating and Hard Anodinzing.
